We operate using a drop-shipping fulfilment model, meaning products are shipped directly from our third-party suppliers to customers.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Processing times may vary due to supplier availability, product demand, or verification checks. Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and items ordered.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

As items are shipped directly from suppliers, delivery times may be longer than traditional UK retail shipping.

Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different suppliers and shipped separately.

Lost Parcels
- An order will only be considered lost if 7 business days have passed beyond the maximum estimated delivery timeframe and tracking confirms non-delivery.
- Once confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, in line with UK consumer law.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
- If a parcel is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, re-delivery may require additional shipping fees.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
